At firt glance,Hirako Shinji's a mysterious man...
Personality wise,he's somewhat a humorous guy..When he introduced himself to his new classmates at Ichigo's
school,he wrote his name backward!How skillful is that!As I mentionned before,Shinji speaks in Kansai-ben dialect.Which is quite comical...
Because of this trait,his words sound a bit harsh,rude in a way.It adds a little charm to the character,don't you think? >=)
Hirako-kun can always be seen with a grin (almost evil looking..) or a nonchalant expression on his face.
The vaizard assumed the role of an average student for one purpose;
convince Ichigo who posseses a dormant hollow inside of him to join up with the other vaizards.Because,like them,the protagonist posseses shinigami and hollow powers.
Shinji's very persistent.The day followed from their last confrontation,he showed up in class.
Surprised,Ichigo dragged Shinji out of class and questioned him.In response,the blond vaizard implied that he's a persistent bastard (lol XD) ,thus he will not give up until things goes his way.
Once again,he tried to recruite the Deathberry,saying he can teach Ichigo how to control his growing inner hollow.
Despite the fact that Hirako-kun is often used for comic relief,there are certain times where a serious sensibility shines through.
When Ichigo paid the vizards a visit at their HQ (it's actually just a warehouse) ,Shinji asked if he finally decided to join them.
Ichigo replied saying that he only wished to use them to learn how to control his hollow.Of course,that last response angered Shinji.
Soon enough both begin to fight each other.Their battle was apbrutly stopped when Sarugaki Hiyori,a little vaizard girl,slapped Shinji with her sandale.
