Back in high school,Kubo-sensei was a member of his anime club.It is also during that ambiguous period that he started drawing manga and created his first work;Zombie Powder.Unfortunately,it only consisted of 4 volumes.
Later in his career,he created Bleach and submitted it to Weekly Shone Jump magazine.Alas,it was rejected due to the similarity between another shonen manga titled YuYu Hakusho.Kubo Tite was disheartened...A new brighter dawn rises when Toriyama Akira, the brilliance behind the the DragonBall franchise wrote him a letter full of encouagement and reassurance.
Finally,the day came when Bleach was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump.
